VIDEO PRODUCTION PACKAGES: REAL ESTATE / COMMERCIAL - BUSINESS VIDEOS: (Homes up to 2,000 SqFt.  larger homes - contact us for quote). Basic Video: - Includes on-location Standard Definition DVCam video shoot (up to 2 hrs), background music, editing, opening and closing text overlays, encoding into flash .flv format, custom webpage with embedded video uploaded to server, and web hosting for up to three months. Completed video  -  up to 2 minutes  - $299.00  See A Sample Here Enhanced HD Video: - Includes on-location HDV (Hi Definition 1080i) video shoot, background music, editing, text overlays at beginning and end of video and in up to 3 additional locations within the video,  encoding into flash .flv HDV format, custom webpage with embedded video uploaded to server, and hosting up to six months.  Completed video - up to 3 Min  - $499.00  Premium Package: - Includes everything in the Enhanced HD Video package above, but with the addition of graphics and enhanced editing.  For example, this package would be appropriate for videos such as Realtor Profile's, Agent Profiles, Short, Basic Infomercials intended for streaming on a webpage, Etc.  This package allows for basic Chromakey production.  See our Chromakey Demo and Actor Demos for examples. Completed video - up to 5 Min  - Standard Definition $575 / HDV $675.00 Custom Package: - This provides for customized projects that require additional time and more than just basic editing and graphics work,   Custom work is provided either on an hourly basis or we can provide a custom quote. Custom Quotes are free and include up to 15 minutes of consultation.  Additional consultation is billed at $175/Hr. Flat Fee Video Package Upgrades:: Script for Voice Over:  -  $75.00 (up to 2 minutes of copy) - Additional Script - $35/Min of Copy. Voice Over Studio Fee:  - $125.00 (up to 2 minutes) - $25 / Additional Minute.  (Talent Fee is additional and depends upon the actual voice talent used). On Camera Talent Studio Fee:  - $175.00 per video (up to a 2 min video) -  $85/ Additional Minute.  Lite Staging:  - for the video shoot:  $100.00 - $200.00, (depending on need - Plants & home accessory items to beautify the home or video set for photography and video.)  NOTE:  Availability of this service is subject to availability of staging items that are on hand at the time of the video shoot.  Staging accessory items are a part of the inventory of our sister company, Paradise Home Staging, and those items are not always available when they are in use on a long term staging project. PRODUCTION FEES - BY THE HOUR: In Studio Video Recording / Editing: SD (Standard Definition Digital):            By The Hour:  -  $35.00 / Hr. plus $75.00 Setup Fee         By The Half Day (4 Hrs.):  -  $140.00  plus $45.00 Setup Fee         By The Full Day  (8 Hrs.):  -  $280.00  - No Setup Fee HDV (Hi-Def):  $45.00 / Hr.  -  $180 Half Day  (4 Hrs)  /  $360 Full day (8 Hrs)         By The Hour:  -  $45/Hour plus $85.00 Setup Fee         By The Half Day (4 Hrs.):  -  $180.00  plus $55.00 Setup Fee         By The Full Day  (8 Hrs.):  -  $360.00  - No Setup Fee Graphics & Artwork / Motion Graphics & FX, / DVD Authoring /  Finishing: SD (Standard Definition Digital):  $45.00 / Hr. - HDV (Hi-Def):  $55.00 / Hr.  Audio Recording Only / Editing:   $25.00 / Hr. plus $75.00 Setup Fee Billing:  1/4 Hour. increments.  -    Minimum's:   1 HR - Studio & Post / Edit Bay each, as applicable:    Recording Media:  tape, CD, DVD, Etc., is charged additional, depending upon exact media, current pricing and quantity.  Consulting:  $175/Hour. On Location Work:   Ask us for a quote.  Rates vary, depending upon equipment needs, complexity of project, crew requirements, location of shoot, transportation requirements, Etc. Production Music - Copyright License Fees & Royalties:   $25/Musical Selection. Virtual Video Set License Fees:   $35/Set. Talent Fees:   Professional Voice Over Talent, Video Actors: $75 to $150/Hr (Depending on Talent) (1 Hr Min.) Script Writing Services:   $75/Hr. -  (Or by special quote). PAYMENT:   We require 60% in advance and the balance upon delivery of final work to client.  We accept credit cards & E-checks via PayPal only; or cash payments.  We do not extend credit or take paper checks.
